Massimo Respini joined TEAM LEGAL SA, formerly Respini Jelmini Beretta Piccoli, in 1997 of which he became a partner in 2005. Since 1998 he has also been active as a public notary.
From 1994 to 1996 he practiced law, initially as a clerk at the District Court of Locarno-Campagna and then as a trainee lawyer at the law firm Catenazzi in Chiasso.

Massimo Respini is mainly active as a public notary in all matters involving real estate investments, inheritance law and corporate law. He principally advises clients in complex real estate operations, including negotiations with banks and also in corporate restructuring procedures.
