Giada Rovelli joined TEAM LEGAL SA as attorney at law in 2021.
Between 2019 and 2020, she interned in London at Constantine Cannon LLP’s Art & Cultural Property Law Group and at the Art Loss Register, the world’s largest private database of stolen art. She also assisted the production contracts and security manager of Frieze London, one of the world’s leading international fairs for contemporary art.
From 2017 to 2018, she worked as judicial law clerk at the Administrative Court of the Canton Ticino, assisting the Judges in the areas of construction, spatial planning and environmental law.
From 2016 to 2017, she completed her traineeship in the law firm Claudio Cereghetti & Partner, Lugano.
In 2015, she served as trainee law clerk at the Magistrates’ Court of the district of Blenio.

Giada Rovelli specialises in the field of public law, where she advises our clients, particularly in the areas of construction, spatial planning, public procurement and environmental law. She also advises on art and cultural property law issues.
She gained significant professional experience in the field of public law working as judicial law clerk at the Administrative Court of the Canton Ticino and as trainee lawyer in a law firm based in Lugano which mainly operates in the field of public law. She also obtained a DAS in Spatial Planning at ETH Zurich. She specialised in art and cultural property law in London, obtaining an LL.M. and interning in leading international offices.
She joined our firm as attorney at law in 2021.
